1. General
 
You need to register and sign in to our webshop or proceed as a guest to make purchase.
 
2. Payment
 
We accept 3V, Visa debit, Visa credit, American Express and Mastercard through Paypal. Payments are also accepted through bank transfer. Please be informed that payments made by bank transfer may take up to 3-5 days to be visible on our account and products will not be posted until we make sure that the full payment has been received. Payments by bank transfer can be sent to:

3.Shipping & Postage

Youforianails delivers to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and around the Europe. EUR 8.00- postage fee applies to all orders under EUR 250.00- within Republic of Ireland, free shipment for orders over EUR 250.00-. We use AnPost and aim for next 2-5 working days delivery on all orders paid by noon. Postage fee of 16e applies for order within European countries. We use AnPost or courier services therefore delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Products will only be shipped untill full payment has been received.
Out of stock items will be delivered separately within 15-20 working days. 

Should you not receive your order within 5 working days within Ireland after full payment completed please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate your parcel.
 
4. Return Policy / Product Warranty
 
Youforianails does not purchase unwanted items back. Before you purchase please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help. 
If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase, proof of damage (photo) must be available for our request.
Electronics - All electronics come with a 6 months warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis. It does not apply to discounted or secondhand items. 
You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) and pay for shipping to our warehouse. Please contact us before sending back any machines.
 
5. Prices
 
Prices are in Euros including VAT of 23%.

Information about our customers is important to us. To protect your privacy we are committed to keeping your information confidential and used only for the purpose of serving you better. In order to serve you we need to gather certain information, such as name, address, phone number, email address. Youforianails does not sell or share any personal information you provide to us. Youforianails has no access to your credit / debit card details as payments are made on a secure website provided by Paypal.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the website. As the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
